浮き輪に乗ってプカプカと流されながら楽しめるプールのことをlazy river pool と言います。（LとRの発音が難しいです！）
リゾート地だと植物が生い茂ってる中を流れるて行くプールもありますね！

「流れるプール」は lazy river でオッケーだと思います。
「波のプール」というのもありますね。
