特定なお皿はだいたい、アメリカの文化にはないものです。ですから日本語の名前を使ってもいいです。日本語の名前で呼ぶと、相手はかっこいいと思ってくれるはずです。素材をそのまま英語で言うと、魅力がなくなります。

Yakisoba, literally "fried buckwheat," is a Japanese noodle stir-fry dish. Although soba means buckwheat, yakisoba noodles are actually made from wheat flour, and are typically flavored with a condiment similar to oyster sauce

焼きそばは直訳すると "fried buckwheat" と言います。日本の焼いたそばですよね。
そばは"buckwheat"の事ですが焼きそばは本当は小麦粉でできていてオイスターソースに似たソースで味付けられています。

（今夜焼いたヌードル食べたい？）

Yakisoba is a classic "Japanese stir fry noodles" dish and it’s seasoned with a sweet & savoury sauce similar to Worcestershire sauce.
Many of you know “soba” means buckwheat noodles, and that’s correct. But, the word soba in Japanese can also be used to describe noodles of any type. Then you can add any combination of vegetables, meat or seafood.
Fried Noodles...Since Yaki...means fried" & Soba is a type of noodle;-D
There are a great many varieties of Noodle dishes in Asia...
And this is a firm favourite in Japan...
Yakisoba ...Its is a common, simple dish to be enjoyed... at any time!
Just as in English as it is in Japanese, Yakisoba is called Yakisoba.
