  • What are you going to do during the New Year holidays?

  • How do you plan on spending your time during the New Year holidays this year?

1)Do you have any plans for the New Year holidays? Do you have some water?(お水ありますか?) 店員:Sure. 1:Do you have any questions?(質問何かありますか) 先生2:Do you have some questions?(質問何かありますか) 先生の2は、少し意地悪で、聞いた相手に対して「こいつは質問あるだろう」と思って聞くニュアンスになります。 2)What are you going to do during the New Year holidays? 3)How do you plan on spending your time during the New Year holidays this year?

"Do you have any plans during the winter break?" This is an informal way to ask your online teacher what their holiday plans are. You: "Do you have any plans during the winter break?" Teacher: "Definitely! I'll be visiting some family. "What are you going to do during your New Years holidays?" This is a more direct, but still polite way to ask your online teacher what their holiday plans are. You: "What are you going to do during your New Years holidays?" Teacher: This year, we're visiting my husband's family for Christmas dinner." "Do the New Year holidays present any plans for you?" This is a more formal way to ask your teacher their holiday plans. You: Do the New Year holidays present any plans for you?" Teacher: Why, yes. In fact, I am going to volunteer at a homeless shelter."
Do you have any plans during the winter break? You: ""Do you have any plans during the winter break?"" Teacher: ""Definitely! I'll be visiting some family. What are you going to do during your New Years holidays? You: ""What are you going to do during your New Years holidays?"" Teacher: This year, we're visiting my husband's family for Christmas dinner."" Do the New Year holidays present any plans for you? You: Do the New Year holidays present any plans for you?"" Do you have any plans for...? We use this to ask what someone will be doing at a specific date. It can be 'What are your plans for new year?' Or just 'What are your plans for the weekend?' it does not have to be a special time of year! We can also ask 'are you looking forward to...?' This question means 'are you excited?' And normally you will receive a yes/no reply followed by a description of what they will do.
「Do you have any plans for...?」 What are your plans for new year? What are your plans for the weekend? また、「are you looking forward to...?」
