= レッスンで、（英語を）できるだけ話したいです。
Please let me talk as much as possible.
= 私にできるだけたくさん話をさせてください。
ちなみに speak は相手を意識せず自分が言葉を発する、発言する、という意味で、talk は相手と会話をするという意味です。
英会話レッスンの場合は speak English でもあり、talk with a teacher でもあるのでどちらも使えると思います。

単に「沢山喋りたいです」と言えます。

沢山は
物が1個ずつ数えられない場合（しゃべることなど）、a lot を使います。
結構カジュアルですが、丁寧な場面で使っても構いません。アメリカ人は丁寧に話すことが珍しいのです。
物が１個ずつ数えられる場合（分間など）、「many」を使います。
もうちょっと丁寧に頼むとすると、
Please let me talk a lot during this lessonがオススメです。
このレッスンの時間で沢山喋らせてください。

This means that you would like to speak more than the teacher during the lesson.The teacher should encourage and support you to speak more so that you can improve on your English.

You may state assertively that you would like to maximise your speaking time in today's lesson, or, you may be a little more tentative in your suggestion by asking if it is 'OK' to practise speaking as much as possible.
Alternatively,. on a more basic note, you could just say what you want. Sentences beginning, "I want ..." are often cosidered to lack elegance and be quite childish however.
Please allow me to speak more because I would like to practice my English speaking skills.
I would like to speak more in order to improve my English speaking fluency.
You may politely request your teacher to allow you to speak more because that is the only way you can practice speaking English fluently. Not only will you practice speaking fluently, your enunciation and intonation will also improve. If you run out of vocabulary, your teacher can help you. If you speak more and somehow struggle with sentence construction, your teacher can again help you. The ideal time to ask your teacher is at the beginning of the lesson, just after the self introductions.
So, you may say:
Please allow me to speak more because I would like to practice my English speaking skills.
or
I would like to speak more in order to improve my English speaking fluency.
英語を流暢に話す練習ができる唯一の方法であるためもっと話すことができるように先生に丁寧に頼むといいでしょう。
流暢に会話を練習するだけでなく、あなたの発音やイントネーションも上達するでしょう。
もし語彙力が足りなければ先生が手助けしてくれます。
もしもっと話したくて文章構成に苦戦しているのであれば、それも先生が助けてくれるでしょう。
先生に尋ねる理想的なタイミングはレッスンの始め、ちょうど自己紹介の後です。

If you are wanting to practice your English skills then talking a lot will help you so you could say 'I want to speak as much as possible in this lesson' or 'I want to talk a lot in this lesson'
If you want to explain why you want to do this then you can add 'I would like to practice my English'
英語を練習したいなら、たくさん話せた方がいいですね。

Native speakers will say like this: “I'd like to speak as much as possible”.
There are lots of other ways to say it, but this one is the most accurate and most commonly used.
Here is an example on how to use this in a conversation:

B: Of course. I'll let you take the lead then.
