should を使って表現することもできます。should は「するべき」という意味なので should put these back で「これらを戻すべき」になります。where をつければ「どこに戻すべき」になりますね。back はあると「戻す」のニュアンスが強くなりますが、省略すると単純に「どこにおけばいい？」になります。
例：
A: Hey, I found these on the floor. Do you know where I should put them?
ねえ、これ落ちてたんだけど。どこに戻せばいいか知ってる？
B: Oh yeah, right over there on the table.
ああ、うん。そこのテーブルの上だよ。

If you want to ask someone something then it is always good to add please at the end to be polite if you are talking about putting something away/back then the sentences would be good to use
In England, we often refer to where items 'live'. This is simply referring to where the item is usually kept. So if you are asking someone in England where you should put an item, you could say "Where do these items live?" and they may reply with "That lives just there.".
イングランドではしばしば、物が普段置かれている場所を 'live' という言葉で表します。
なので、イングランドで物をどこに置けばいいか確認したいなら、
