The two sentences you see provided above are great ways to express to your listener that you can't stop eating chocolate. In the first sentence you will see the phrase can't help oneself. This means one cannot control themselves. This is a phrase that is common in our everyday conversation and is appropriate for informal settings.
上記二つの例は、チョコレートが止められないことを表す言い方です。 一つ目の例では「can't help oneself」というフレーズが使われています。これは「自分を抑えられない」という意味です。日常会話でよく使われるフレーズで、インフォーマルな場面に適しています。

I can't stop eating chocolate.でOKです(^O^) 他に、チョコレートが大好きで止められない人のことを、chocoholicと言います。 もちろん、alcoholic に掛けています。 仕事人間はworkaholic ですね。 よく使う単語なので、覚えておくと便利ですよ。

In the first sentence, you have used the adjective 'addicted' which means, 'physically and mentally dependent on a particular substance'. In this case, you are saying that you are physically and mentally dependent on on chocolate. In the second sentence, you have used the noun 'chocoholic', which means you are 'a person who loves chocolate and eats a lot of it'. I the last sentence, you can't get enough of chocolate, meaning that no matter how much chocolate you eat, you still crave for more.

To be a 'chocoholic' means that you love chocolate and eat a lot of it If you are 'addicted' to something it means that you can't stop doing it so you would say 'I'm addicted to chocolate' or 'I'm addicted to eating chocolate'
chocoholic'は、チョコレートが大好きで、たくさん食べる人をいいます。 'addicted (to something)'は、やめることができないことを表します。 ですから、以下のように言えます: 'I'm addicted to chocolate'(チョコレート中毒です) 'I'm addicted to eating chocolate'(チョコレート中毒です)
