I can't stand people who chew loudly.

It's considered rude to make chewing sounds in western culture.

"To be a noisy eater." This could be someone who makes noises either to show appreciation or to chew and swallow food in a way that makes a noise. "You chew very loudly." This describes someone who may/may not be eating with their mouth open. To chew = bite and work (food) in the mouth with the teeth, especially to make it easier to swallow
"To be a noisy eater." "You chew very loudly."

In some places such as Ramen restaurants is it expected and considered respectful to make slurping sounds while eating quickly. However many countries consider noisy eaters to be rude and uncultured, especially if eating with their mouth open. If you are not offended you could call a person an "enthusiastic eater" or if you wanted to draw attention without causing too much offence.

[with A C]は「AをCの状態にして」という意味になります。 {例} Don't chew with your mouth open. My girlfriend chews with her mouth open. The Sun-Dec 15, 2015】 Chew with your mouth closed. with your mouth closed →口を閉じて Don't talk with food in your mouth.
