be off で「休みだ」 この場合、明日のことですので、すでに確定とみなして、現在形にしていますが、
Will you be off~ などでも間違いではありません。
come in office （出社する）
会社内で話している場合は「オフィスに来る？」という意味で go ではなく、come を使います。
この場合の、office は無冠詞で構いません。go to schoolや go to work, go to bed などと同じく、その物自体の本来の目的を表すからです。
(ちなみに go to work は「仕事に行く（目的）」とも取れなくもないですが、この場合のwork は、むしろworkplace （職場）のことですね。work だけでも「職場」という意味がありますので。）
なお、tomorrow などの副詞は、通常は文の最後に置くのが普通ですが、この場合は
「明日は休みなの？」とまず、聞いて、「それとも出勤？」とつけたしている感じで、tomorrow を文中に使っています。その方が、語感もよく、自然ですし。
