大学院生って英語でなんて言うの？
DMM英会話の自己紹介において、
" I'm a graduate student at 〇〇 university. "と言っているのですが、
相手に伝わる時と、伝わらない時があります。
伝わらない時は、大学院生ではなく、大学を卒業した人と思われているようです。
また追加で、修士課程の2年生でコンピュータサイエンスが専攻であることを伝えるにはどのように言うと良いでしょうか？

大学院生はアメリカ英語でgraduate student、イギリス英語でpostgraduate studentと言います。アメリカとイギリスで言い方が違いますし、英語が母国語ではなくあまり英単語を知らない方には、おっしゃる通り、大学院生だと伝わりにくいかもしれませんね。誤解なく伝えるためには、I'm doing a Master's degree.（[修士](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/60298/)課程を[勉強しています](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/51432/)）と言うといいと思います。
「修士課程の2年生でコンピュータサイエンスが専攻である」は、I'm in the 2nd year of a Master's degree in computer science.です。

In this situation you probably have to be more specific in explaining your current student status such as saying "I'm a Master's/PHD Student" . What are you working on? Masters in Economics, PHD, MBA? etc. Are you in Med school?
Saying I'm a graduate student might not be enough clarification.
"I'm currently a student in Graduate School" for this expression you could also say, "I'm currently studying 〇〇 at graduate school" 「〇〇を勉強しています」
This way your teacher can be certain about your current academic status.
Example:
Tim: What do you do for a living?
Matthew: Im currently in graduate school studying for my MBA (Masters in Business Administration).
この場合、"I'm a Master's/PHD Student" のように大学院の修士課程／博士課程の学生である。
というように、もう少し細かく説明しなくてはならないでしょう。
What are you working on? Masters in Economics, PHD, MBA? etc. Are you in Med school? （何の研究をしているの？経済学の修士、博士？経営学の修士？それとも医学部ですか？）
「大学院生です」だけでは、あまり明確ではないと思います。
"I'm currently a student in Graduate School"に少し加えて "I'm currently studying 〇〇 at graduate school" 「大学院で〇〇を勉強しています」と言うと良いです。
この表現で、講師はあなたが今、どの課程の何を勉強しているのか明確に知ることができます。
例：
Tim: What do you do for a living?（仕事はなんですか？）
Matthew: Im currently in graduate school studying for my MBA (Masters in Business Administration).（私は今、大学院で経営学の修士課程です。）
