「洗い物をする」は英語で "doing the washing-up", "doing the dishes" どちらでも良いです（国によって普通に使われる表現は異なる可能性があります）。
「面倒です」 は "it's a nuisance" 又は "it's a pain", どれでも大丈夫です。
