"Eat in space" Is Japanese English. But it is close to a correct expression. Because it is a place to do the act of eating we would use ongoing tense (ing). "Dine in space" would be ok, but little uncommon. "Eating space, eating area, dining area, dining space" are all natural. You can also say "cafeteria". I would recommend "Eating" to be used in less formal places (fast food, convenience store, etc" and "Dining" for a more formal restaurant. Using "Dining" for less formal is ok, but saying a nice restaurant has an eating area is strange.
「イートインスペース」は正しい表現に近いですが和製英語のため間違っています。 - Eating space - eating area - dining area - dining space これらの表現が自然な表現です。 他には、cafeteria とも言えます。 Eating という言葉はあまりフォーマルでないです。 ちゃんとしたレストランでEating areaと言うのはとても変です。 Dining という単語の方がよりフォーマルです。 これはあまりフォーマルでない場所で使ってもいい単語です。

▪ Dining area Dining is to eat dinner. This is asking if there is a place in the shop where you can sit and eat. ▪ Eating space This is a place to sit and eat your food in the store. Example sentences a. Hi, Do you have a dining area available? b. Hello, do you have any eating space?
▪ Dining area Diningはディナーを食べることです。 これはその店に座って食べることができる場所があるかどうかを聞いています。 ▪ Eating space これは店の中で座って食べることのできる場所です。 例: a. Hi, Do you have a dining area available? ーやあ、ダイニングエリアは空いてますか? b. Hello, do you have any eating space? ーやあ、飲食スペースはありますか?

Any of the variations "dining area", "eating space", or "dining space" can be used. "Excuse me, do you have a dining area?" is a good, clear way to ask this question. However, native English speakers often EXPLAIN what they want to say, instead of just using a WORD like above. Please refer to these two examples: 1. "We have an area for customers to eat." 2. "Excuse me, is there a place where I can eat this?" If you travel abroad, you are likely to hear these two examples in conversation more often than hearing a word like "dining space".
"dining area", "eating space", または "dining space"という言葉を使うことができます。  "Excuse me, do you have a dining area?" すみません。食べるエリアはありますか? この質問は、はっきりと聞く使える質問です。 しかし、ネイティブスピーカーは、上記のような単語だけを使うのではなく、何を言いたいか詳しく説明することを好みます。   1. "We have an area for customers to eat." お客さんが食べるエリアがあります。 2. "Excuse me, is there a place where I can eat this?" すみません。これを食べる場所はありますか? もし海外を旅行するなら、dining spaceという言葉だけより、この二つの例文を会話でよく聞くかもしれません。

You could use any of the above, they all have the same meaning. Dining area is typically British English. Seating area can also be used for any area where there are seats for people to sit on, such as in a doctor's office or a train station.
"Dining area" "Seating area" "Eating area" 上記のいずれもイートインスペースとして使えます。"Dining area"は特にイギリス英語です。 "Seating area"は病院の診察室や駅の待合室など、人々が座るエリアがある場所にも使うことができます。

A table area may be provided for people drinking their coffee. It's not exactly a dining area as eating may not be taking place. Sometimes there is a raised counter area with bar stools or counter stools which people may sit on A: "Is it Ok to drink my coffee inside the shop? B: "Sure thing! There's a seating area at the back, behind the cornflake display." A: "Cheers!"
table areaは、人々がコーヒーを飲める場所かもしれませんが、きちんとした食事場所ではなく、食事ができない可能性があります。 たまに、counter areaというのがあり、バーに置いてあるような高めのイス、またはカウンター用のイスが置いてあって、来た人が座れる所です。 A: Is it Ok to drink my coffee inside the shop? お店の中でコーヒーを飲んでいいですか? B: Sure thing! There's a seating area at the back, behind the cornflake display. もちろん!後方に座れるスペースがありますよ、コーンフレークの棚の後ろです。 A: Cheers! ありがとう!

There are many different types of Dine In restuarants and cafes. Cafes are less formal and you can Dine In or Sit In and have a cup or coffee or breakfast / lunch. With the restuarants being more formal where you will go out and Dine In for a meal. Dine In is the more popular term used however Eat In is also quite popular. Just in English we don't use the word space. Occasionally the term Sit In is used.
様々な種類のレストランやカフェがあります。Cafesはそれ程フォーマルではなく、中で食事をしたり、座ってお茶やコーヒーを飲んだり、朝食や昼食を食べることが出来ます。restaurantはどちらかと言えばフォーマルで、出かけて食事をする場所です。 Dine In はよく使われる用語ですが、 Eat Inも同様に良く使われます。ただ英語ではspaceという語は使いません。Sit Inという語が使われることもあります。

All three of these word phrases can be used to describe where we can eat our snacks from a particular convenient store that might not be the same setting as a restaurant. Example sentences : Let's go eat in the dining area, I don't want to walk and eat. Can we stop to eat in the eating area for a moment?
