be(動詞)+good at +〜ing. I am good at cooking. I am good at speaking English. っといった具合に♬ You are not good at talking to people .

There are quite a few ways you can say "話" in English. The most common is talking or speaking with people. You can also use the words "conversation" "communicating" and "socializing." At the same time, there are also several ways to say "下手くそ." I tend to lean toward being polite, so I might use phrases like: - "I'm not good with..." - "I'm not really good at..." - "I'm horrible/terrible at..." - "I don't do well with..." Add all of that together and you have quite a few ways to say "話が下手くそ."
私はできるだけ丁寧に話したいので - "I'm not good with..." - "I'm not really good at..." - "I'm horrible/terrible at..." - "I don't do well with..."

Introverted is if you don't like to talk to people, but the first is just if you're not good.

1. Talking/communicating is not my cup of tea. The definition of cup of tea is an expression that is used to describe something you like, something you are good at or something you enjoy doing. Therefore if something is NOT your cup of tea, it means it is something that you do not enjoy doing and you are not good at.
1.Talking/communicating is not my cup of tea. NOT your cup of teaなのであれば、楽しめない事や得意でないことを意味しています。

To explain the sentence you provided, you can use both of these sentences. Basically, they mean absolutely the same.
