incomprehensible は「わかりにくい」を通り越して「[理解不能](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/41424/)」になっちゃいますが、すんご〜く話がわかりにくい人に対しては incomprehensible... って思ってしまうこともありますね。笑
直接その人に言っちゃったらちょっと失礼かもです。仲のいい人なら「なに言ってるかわかんねーよ」くらいな感じで言えば大丈夫です。
例：His explanation was hard to understand.
彼の説明はわかりにくかった。
Mark: Hey, did you understand a word that professor said?
なあ、あの教授の話、一言でも理解できたか？
Kevin: Of course not. He's incomprehensible...
わかるわけねーだろ。理解不能だよ…。
「① It's difficult to understand.」は「分かりにくい」そのままですが、使い方は場面に応じて使用しなければなりません。
例えば、説明を受けて分からなかったら「② I don't get it.」、分かりにくいなら「① It's difficult to understand.」。
批判的に使うなら「Your explanation is difficult to understand.」です。
他にも色々な言い方があります。例えば、第三者の事を語る場合「His explanation was not clear」（明確ではなかった）など、他の回答者さんの答えも参考にしながら幅広く英語学んでいただけると幸いです。

話し相手の言っていることが分かりにくい、という前提でお答えします。
「分かりにくい」という表現は他の先生方がたくさん教えてくださっているので、
私はちょっと視点を変えて、だから何なの？という先に目を向けてみたいと思います。
分かりにくい。⇒だから、もっと詳しく話してほしい。
そのように考えると
Can you elaborate on that?
という表現が便利ですよ。
You can use words like "tricky" ,"unclear", "confusing" etc. to describe things that are hard to understand.
For example, when someone is bad at explaining things you could respond by saying "Your story was confusing and hard to follow. Could you try explaining it in a different way?"
You could also say " The test had tricky questions. I could not find a way to answer them because I did not understand what the question was asking."
「分かりにくい」は、"tricky" "unclear" "confusing" などで表すことができます。
例えば、相手の説明が下手だったら、次のように言えます。
"Your story was confusing and hard to follow. Could you try explaining it in a different way?"
（話がよく分かりませんでした。言い方を変えて説明してもらえますか）
次のように言うこともできます。
"The test had tricky questions. I could not find a way to answer them because I did not understand what the question was asking."
（テストに難しい問題がありました。問題の意味が分からなかったので答えることができませんでした）

Follow – understand, difficult to follow – it is difficult to understand him.
If someone’s explanation is difficult to follow then they are not making themselves clear or their explanation isn’t well structured.

Baffle – verb – confused.
“He baffles me” – you cannot understand what is going on or what someone is saying.
You’ve lost me.
If someone is explaining something you don’t understand you can become “lost”.
You can’t process what they are saying to you get confused because they move on too quickly.
“You lost me at “science” – you switch off when it comes to an unfamiliar topic.
It’s difficult to follow what he’s saying.
Follow – 理解する, difficult to follow – 理解することは難しいです。
もし誰かの説明を理解するのが困難であるなら、話し手自身が内容が明確でないか、彼らの説明がうまく構成されていないと思われます。

–何が起こっているのか、または彼が何を言っているのかを理解することはできない。
You’ve lost me.
誰かがあなたの理解し難い事を説明していると、“lost”"話の意図を見失う"ことがあります。
話し手の話題がどんどん飛ぶ場合、聞き手は話の情報を処理しきれず困惑してしまいます。
“You lost me at “science”
– 聞き手にとって馴染みのない話題だと、スイッチがオフになっています。
