"I usually cook meat, vegetables and potatoes covered in gravy," is an example response to this question. The dominant or staple food in the UK is potatoes. In Asia, the staple food is rice. So the diet of anyone in these area would usually include their staple food. A staple food, or simply a 'staple', is a food that is eaten routinely and in such quantities that it constitutes a dominant portion of a standard diet for a given people, supplying a large fraction of energy needs and generally forming a significant proportion of the intake of other nutrients as well.
"I usually cook meat, vegetables and potatoes covered in gravy," たいていお肉、野菜、グレイビーソースをかけたポテトを作ります。 これが、質問に対する回答例です。  イギリスの主食は、ポテトです。アジアでは主食はお米です。どの人の食事でもたいてい主食があることでしょう。  A staple foodとは、日課となって食べられている食べ物で、エネルギー源となり、他の栄養素と同様に重要な摂取量の割合があります。

The three questions you see provided above are terrific ways to ask someone what they cook everyday. In the first sentence you will see the adverb normally, in the second sentence you will see the adverb regularly and in the third sentence you will see the adverb usually. All of these adverbs mean something is done routinely or on a regular basis.
上記どの例を使っても、毎日どんな料理を作っているのか尋ねることができます。 一つ目の例では'normally'、二つ目の例では'regularly'、三つ目の例では'usually'がそれぞれ使われています。これらの副詞はすべて「いつも」「普通は」という意味です。

If you are wanting to ask what food someone cooks more than anything then you could use the terms 'normally cook', 'cook most of the time' or 'cook most often' these all mean the same thing and would get the answer you want and tell you when they cook
”Normally"、”Most of the time"、”Most often"はどれも「いつもは、普段は、大抵」などという意味です。 ●What food do you normally cook? ●What food do you cook most of the time? ●What food do you cook most often? 上記例文はすべて「主にどのような料理を作りますか?」という意味です。
