There is a difference between waking up and getting up. To wake up is to come out of sleep. To get up is to get out of bed. The first expression - It's time to wake up - raises the child from sleep The second expression - It's time to get up - tells the child its s now time to get out of bed The third expression - Get up, right now! - gives two directions. Get out of bed and do it straight away.
"wake up" と "get up" には違いがあります。 "wake up" は[目覚める](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/63882/)ことを言います。 "get up" は[ベッド](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/40314/)から出ることを言います。 It's time to wake up. 「目覚めの時間だよ」 こちらのフレーズは、子どもがまだ深い眠りから覚めていない状況で使用します。直訳すると、「目を覚ます時間だ」となります。 It's time to get up. 「ベッドから出る時間だよ」 一度目覚めた子どもに対して、実際にベッドを出て一日の始まりに備えるよう促すフレーズです。 Get up, right now! 「すぐに起きて!」 こちらは、すぐに行動してもらう必要がある時、または子どもがなかなか起きない場合に使用します。強い命令形としてのパワーがあります。 それぞれの表現は、子どもが起きる過程の異なる段階を反映しています。つまり、目を覚ます、「wake up」、ベッドから出る、「get up」、そして具体的な行動を取る、「right now」。これらのフレーズを使うことで、子どもを優しく、だけど確実に起こすことができます。 例文: When my son didn't respond to the alarm, I said, "It's time to wake up." 「息子が目覚ましに反応しなかった時、私は『目覚めの時間だよ』と言いました。」 When I saw my daughter was awake but still lying in bed, I said, "It's time to get up." 「娘が目を覚ましているのにまだベッドで横になっているのを見た時、私は『ベッドから出る時間だよ』と言いました。」 I had to be firm when my children were being sluggish in the morning. I said, "Get up, right now!" 「子どもたちが朝、のろのろしていた時、私はしっかりと『すぐに起きて!』と言いました。」

The term 'Wakey Wakey!" is a British informal term normally used to wake up children. It is an extension of the word 'wake' and a shortened form of "wake up." It is a little more gentle than 'wake up' or 'get up.' You can also say: Wake up! It is time to wake up now! It is time to get up now! Time to get ready for school! All these phrases are useful to help wake up sleeping children which can be really tough in the morning! I normally use the phrase 'Wakey wakey' to wake up my baby daughter. I hope that helps!
"Wakey Wakey!" はイギリスで使われるインフォーマルな表現です。ふつう子どもを[起こす](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/48154/)のに使われます。 これは "wake" を伸ばして言ったもので、"wake up" の短い版です。 "wake up" や "get up" よりも優しい言い方になります。 その他以下のように言うこともできます: Wake up!([起きなさい](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/35574/)) It is time to wake up now!(起きる時間よ) It is time to get up now!(起きる時間よ) Time to get ready for school!(学校の支度する時間よ) 朝寝ている子どもを起こすのは大変です!が、どれもそんな時に使える便利なフレーズです。私にも赤ちゃんの娘がいますが、大体 "Wakey wakey" で起こします。 参考になるといいです!

To make someone wake up and get out of bed, we would usually shout 'WAKE UP!', if they were struggling. If they are really not getting out of bed, then you could scream - 'GET UP!'. If you are more calm about the situation, you can say 'it's time to get up now'.
なかなか目が開かない人を起こす時には、大抵 "WAKE UP!" と言うと思います。もし全然ベッドから出てこないなら: "GET UP!" 「起きなさい!」 と言えます。 もっと冷静なら、例えば: "It's time to get up now" 「起きる時間よ」

"Please get up!" "I'm going to need you to get up right now!" These are some great expressions for demanding your child to wake up immediately in the morning. Usually, when a child is sleeping too long in the morning and needs to get ready to go to school, many mothers/parents would often express their feeling in this way. I hope that you can find great use in these expressions and your child is able to wake up!
"Please get up!"(起きて!) "I'm going to need you to get up right now!"(今すぐ起きてもらわないと困る) どちらも、子どもにすぐに起きるように言う時に使える表現です。子どもが朝学校に行く支度をしないといけないのに起きてこない時には、よく母親/両親はこんな言い方をします。これらの表現が役に立って、お子さんが起きられることを願います!

"Wake up!" means to awake from sleep and get out of bed. "Get up!" could mean both "wake up" or "get out of bed". "Time to get up! / Time to get out of bed!" is a bit softer to say, as it's longer. The shorter version (get up! wake up!) are stronger as they are easier to say forcefully.
「Wake up!(起きなさい)」は、目を覚ましてベッドから出るという意味です。 「Get up!(起きなさい)」は「wake up(目を覚ます)」または「get out of bed(ベッドから出る)」どちらの意味にもなります。 「Time to get up! / Time to get out of bed!(起きる時間よ)」これは「Get up!」「Wake up!」よりも長いので、少しソフトな言い方になります。「Get up!」「Wake up!」はより命令的です。

If you want to tell your child to wake up in the morning, you'll have to yell "wake up!" or "get up !" Alternatively, you can do something else to wake them up such as tickle their toes or gently nudge them.
朝、子どもに起きるように言いたい時は、大声で: "Wake up!"(起きなさい) または "Get up!"(起きなさい) ほかに、足をくすぐったり、軽く突いたりしてもいいですね。

Shake a leg' is an old English expression meaning 'to rouse oneself' - which may be either from a prone or sitting position. 'Lazybones' is a name for someone who is lazy or inactive.
「Shake a leg」は「奮起する」という意味の古い表現です。うつぶせだったり、座った状態の相手に言います。 「Lazybone」は、「怠け者、無精者」という意味です。
