It can depend on when your class is. For example, if you have a class in the morning, before 12 pm. Then you would be able to say "Enjoy the rest of your day." or "Have a great day." Because there is more to the day for your teacher.
However, if you have a lesson after 12 pm, so in the afternoon, then you could say "Enjoy your afternoon." or "Have a lovely afternoon."
What would happen if you had an evening lesson? You would be able to say "Enjoy your evening." or even "Have a great week." "Hope you enjoy the rest of your week."
If it is coming up to the weekend you can say "Have a great weekend."
