「もしよろしければ」の直訳は「If you don't mind」ですが、日本語の丁重度にニュアンス的に近いのが「 I'd be grateful if」です。

If it's OK with you は、「あなたがＯＫであれば、」とそのままの表現です。
2番目の、I would be grateful if you could ... は、ビジネスEメールなどで使われる非常に丁寧な依頼の表現で、「もし…していただければ、ありがたいのですが。」という、最大限に丁寧な表現となります。
（これは、ビジネスで覚えておくとよい鉄板表現の一つです。）
状況によって、上記いずれかを使い分けるとよいと思います。
かなりフォーマルな気がします。
ランケンだったら、こう言った言い方は避けるかもしれません。
なぜならば、まず返事をもらえない（笑）。
こちらの意図としてはメールが欲しいのに、もらえないような文章を書いても言ってもしょうがない。
個人的には、あまりオススメしませんよ。
メールが欲しいなら、ハッキリと「メールください！」って言ってあげてください。
メガバンクなどで仕事してると、日本人的な謙遜の表現を使っている人を見ますが、だいたい英語の初心者に限って遠回りな書き方をしています。
「もしよろしければ」と言う表現は、いらないぐらいじゃないかと。。。
丁寧に言いたいなら以下の感じでどうでしょうか？

これでも忘れられる懸念がありますけど、少なくとも相手にメールくれって言ってますので、後でメールくれないなぁと思ったら、前にRequestしたんだけどどう？ってRemind出来ます。
「もしよろしければ」なんて言ったら、Remind出来なくなっちゃいます。
それだったら、そんな事を言わない方がいいぐらいです。
日本語的な表現は日本人から見ると丁寧でいいのですが、外人はそこまで読んでくれません。
「連絡しなくてもいいのね！」になっちゃいます。
Would you...? は物事を丁寧に頼むときに使える便利な表現です。’please’をいれることでより丁寧になります。
例えば、
Would you send me an e-mail?
Would you please come to the office early tomorrow morning?
If that's okay...は少しカジュアルな言い方
If you don't mind please... は少し控えめかつ丁寧な表現です。Would you mind if I...? だと「何々しても良いですか？」と言う意味になります。

'If you like' is not really an essential phrase in these conversations. In English, it is accepted that people will only call or contact someone if they want to.
if you likeは、実際にあってもなくてもいい表現です。英語では、誰かに話しかけたり、その誰かを呼ぶときというのは、そうしたいから、そうするのであって、if you likeは決して必要な表現ではありません。
丁寧な表現でWould you,やCould youなど使います。If you don't mind, やWould you mindも丁寧で良いと思います。
ですのでWould you mind giving me a call (sending me an e-mail)？などでも良いと思います。

少しカジュアルにすると３のようになります。口語の時などは特に３を使用することが多いです。
1.) If you'd like...「もしよろしければ」例えばIf you'd like please give me a call.「もしよろしければ電話をください」この丁寧な言い方は普通にビジネスの都合で使えます。
2.) If it's okay with you...「もしよろしければ」この翻訳は丁寧の言い方ですが、If you'd likeよりカジュアルの言い方です。でも、ビジネス英語でも使います。例えばIf it's okay with you please email me.「もしよろしければメールをください」
Pleaes email/ call me if you can/ you want/ you prefer/ you dont' mind /it is convinient for you/ * canをcould に変えるとさらに丁寧になります。
Can I have ~ /Could I have~ のCould の方が丁寧なのと同じです。
