on cloud nine という表現があります。「とても幸せ」「至福」といった意味です。「まぢルンルン御機嫌丸」のようなスラング的なニュアンスはありませんが、嬉しさの表現としてはばっちりかと思います。

彼氏がプロポーズしてくれて、今最高に幸せ。
例：My boyfriend just surprised me with a trip to Paris! I'm on cloud nine.

直訳すると「空気の上を歩く」となるように、浮き足立っている様子、夢見心地な気分でいる様子を表します。

super はカジュアルな言い方で、日本語の「超」と同じようなニュアンスで使えます。
I'm super happy! を直訳すると、「私、超しあわせ!」になりますが、カジュアルな言い方ですので、「まじるんるんご機嫌丸」のような表現とも近いかと思います。
superの使い方としては、例えば、次のようなものがあります。
I'm super excited!
（超たのしみ！）
He is a super genius!
（彼は超天才！）

I like "super" because it's easy to use in many casual situations. For example "I'm super hungry" or "I'm super late for work" etc. It just intensifies your expression.

To "be on top of the world" is another one that I use when I am elated.
However, there are many variations for this expression.

Here are two sentences. The second one is the most casual/slang style you can imagine and be careful of using it in formal situations. The first one can be used anywhere at any time.
When we talk about being happy, we tend to talk about feeling like we are 'high' or 'not on this planet. Some examples of this are saying 'I'm on top of the world', 'I'm over the moon' or 'I'm on cloud nine'. You will notice that all of these expressions involve not being on the ground - which is how we feel when we are extremely happy!
