「[風邪](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/33267/)ひかないようにね！」は "Be careful not to catch a cold” の方が自然です。
"be careful" は「[気をつけて](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/52892/)」となり、"be careful not to ..." と言うと「〜しないように気をつけて」と言えます。
"Take care" はそれより、最後の挨拶で、「またね」見たいな使い方があります。
