「〜ありますか？」の言い方が二つあります。
１つ目はちょっと直訳ですが自然に伝わります。

でもアメリカ人が一番使うのは
Do you have 〜 です。
Do you have lobster?
ロブスターありますか？
Do you have Japanese menus?
日本語のメニューありますか？
ここでメニューが複数になっているのは、日本語のメニューを１個あれば、複数あるはずなのです。
Is thereの場合は、直接言っていないのですが、続きは（that I can use)ですから、１つだけのことになります。
Is there a Japanese menu (that I can use)?
よろしくお願いします。
Would you have...? We use this form to ask, very politely if a shop or outlet of some kind, or seller has something we are looking for?
"Would you have thee shoes in a size 6 please?"
'......by any chance' means possibly (used in tentative enquiries or suggestions).
"Were you looking for me by any chance?"
Would you have...? 店側に自分の欲しいものがないか尋ねるときの非常に丁寧な表現のひとつです。
"Would you have thee shoes in a size 6 please?"：サイズ6の靴はあったら嬉しいんですけど？

上記のように言うことができます。
written in で「〜で書かれた」になります。
written を省略することも多いです。

The verb 'written' is the past participle of the the verb to 'write'. Here, you have used it to precisely ask if the restaurant has a menu that was written in Japanese.
So, you may ask:
Do you have a menu written in Japanese?
In the second line, the noun 'Japanese' has been used. It can be used in three ways, but, in this context, it means the 'Japanese language', a menu in the Japanese language.
So, you may politely ask:
May I have a Japanese menu please?
'written' は'write'の動詞の過去分詞です。ここでは、レストランに日本語で書かれたメニューがあるかどうかを正確に尋ねるために使っています。ですからこう言うことが出来ます。
