You bet! For sure!

Of course. Why not. Sure.

  • Does the Pope live in Rome?

    play icon

In the context of being invited to a party, you may respond using either the first or second one word responses. The third example response is typical in the UK as a form of sarcastic reply. The Pope does live in Rome as it is the traditional seat of power for anyone occupying the position of Pope. In other words, it means that you will (of course) be attending the party.
The Pope does live in Rome

The phrase 'of course' is another way to say 'yes' to something or allow permission. Synonyms include yes, definitely, and for sure because someone will usually say of course when someone has requested something or asked for a favor. For example, I might say 'can i have a cookie?' and you would say 'of course'. In this example you could also say definitely or for sure.
Can I have a cookie?"(クッキーを食べてもいい?)" Of course(もちろん)"のように使い、この場合、of courseの代わりにdefinitelyやfor sureを使うことが出来ます。

Of course以外は you betや for sureがあります。 Are you coming to tonight's party? You bet/ For sure! Are you coming to tonight's party? Why wouldn't I go!?

そして、「Is the Pope a catholic?」(ローマ王はカトリックですか?) Are you coming out for drinks tonight? Absolutely! Are you going to Taka’s wedding? Of course! He’s my best friend!

「もちろん」の “Of course”以外の翻訳は“definitely”や “yeah”や “you bet!” “Will you come to the party today?” “Definitely!” “Yeah!” “Will you come to the party today?” “Yeah!” 飲み会の場合に、このように言います: “Will you come to the party today?” “You bet!”

Are you coming to the party today? Bさん:For sure! Are you coming to the party today? Are you coming to the party today? Bさん:Without a doubt!

"Love" is a word that can be used in many situations. You could say that you "love your husband/wife", and it would mean a different kind of love than if you "love to eat pizza". It is an appropriate word in both situations. If you "absolutely" want to do something, than you want to do that more than anything else.
