サボるは英語でいくつかの言い方あります。
1. "skipping"
2. "ditching"
3. "playing hooky" ＊ちょっと古い表現ですけど、たまに使っています。
4. "cutting" ＊注意点があります。"Cutting"は授業だけと一緒に使えます。"Cut class/cutting class"はセットで覚えてください。仕事、部活、アルバイト等と一緒に使いません。
例えば、
I will skip work tomorrow. ○
I skipped school yesterday. ○
I will skip class today. ○
I will ditch school tomorrow. ○
I ditched work yesterday. ○
I will ditch class today. ○
I played hooky from school yesterday. ○
I will play hooky from work today. ○
I will play hooky from class tomorrow. ○
I cut work yesterday. X (Cut は work と使いません！）

すべての言い方は、ちゃんとした理由がないけど、仕事とか、学校へ休むことにします。もしかしたら、遊ぶためという意味合いがあります。

「部活」というのは日本語では一つでいろいろと示すが英語ではクラブによって言い方が変わります。
Club activity
一般的の部活（本格的なスポーツチーム以外）
team practice
スポーツの練習を含む部活
シンプルに→
(after school) practice
一般的の部活や習い事、リハーサル、何かの練習を含めます（試合の練習など）
部活に限らないのですが、学生同士は部活といういみで良く使います。

cut class→学校をサボる
❌cut practiceとは言いません。skipやnot goやtake a breakをお勧めします。

日本語の「サボる」は英語でいろいろと表現できると思いますが、１つ play hooky というフレーズをご紹介します。
仕事や学校などをズル休みする、というときによく使います。
play hooky from work / school の形で使えます。
あとはやはり skip ですよね。
高校のときの米国人教師はいつもこの skip class という言い方をしていました。
I think I'll .... もけっこう使える言い回しで「...しようかな」に近いニュアンスです。
I'll ... の前に I think というクッションを置くことで断定を避けている感じを出せます。
様々な言い方がありますが、良く「サボる」の時に skip（飛ばす）が使われることが多いです。
