いつからそのデータは保管されているのですか？
From when to when does the data cover?
いつからいついつまでそのデータは網羅してますか？
クライアントなどに、「どのくらい前までのデータを保管しているのですか？」と聞く場合は、
"How long do you usually store the data?"
"For how long can the data be stored?"
"How long can the data be kept?"
などの表現を使うことが出来ます。
"How long ~?" / "For how long ~?"は、「いつから、いつまで」と時間の長さなどの期間を聞く場合に使います。
A: "How long do you usually store the data?"
B: "We'll store the data for at least three years."
「最低でも3年間はそのデータを保存します。」
