この場合の「悪気のない人」は次のように表現できます。
ーShe doesn't mean anything by it.
「彼女に他意はない」
例：
She sometimes does other people's work and tells others about it even though she doesn't meany anything by it.
「彼女には他意はないんだけど、彼女って時々他の人の仕事をして、それについて他の人に言うんだよね」
「空気を読めない人」と言う場合は次のように言えます。
ーShe has trouble reading the air.
「彼女は空気を読むのが苦手だ」
例：
She's a good person, but she has trouble reading the air sometimes, so she ends up causing trouble for other people.
「彼女は良い人だけど、空気を読むのが苦手だから、他の人に迷惑かけることになるんだよね」
