「背骨が曲がっている」をそのまま訳すと "The spine is bent" になりますが、背骨は元々S字型に曲がっているらしいので、"curvature" （＝曲率）という単語を使うのが良いかと思いました。
"The curvature of the spine is a little off." ＝「背骨の曲率が少しずれている。」
