  • Are you romantically interested in someone at the moment?

Do you have a crush? Crush here refers to the person liked at the moment by the person you are talking to. Ex: A: Do you have a crush? B: Yes, John. Are you romantically interested in someone at the moment? -This question is very specific. You are asking whether this person is attracted to/has feelings for someone.

  • Is there someone that you love very much presently?

  • Is there someone that you are dating at the moment?

  • Is there someone that you have a crush on at the moment?

There are several ways that you can ask someone if there is a person that he/she loves very much presently. The adverb 'presently' can take the place of 'at the moment'. It is important to note that having a crush on someone is basically being attracted to someone romantically and may not always be communicated. However, 'loving someone' is a stronger emotion that is often communicated verbally. Usually, if there is love, dating will follow. When two people are dating, they are romantically involved, they are in love with each other and are way past having a crush. So, you may ask as follows: Is there someone that you love very much presently? or Is there someone that you are dating at the moment? or Is there someone that you have a crush on at the moment?
Is there someone that you love very much presently? Is there someone that you are dating at the moment? Is there someone that you have a crush on at the moment?

  • Do you have a crush on anyone right now?

  • Do you have feelings for anyone right now?

  • Is there someone that you like right now?

We can use the noun, "a crush," to describe the more romantic feelings that we might have for someone or we can talk about having, "feelings for someone," to have the same meaning. Sometimes in the right context we can also talk about, "liking someone," in regards to romantic feelings.
