一つの話題から話を広げるのが苦手で、すぐに会話が途切れてしまう
の英語を教えてください

「話を広げる」は to expand や to widen を使って次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーto expand the conversation
ーto widen the conversation

例：
I'm not good at expanding a conversation from one topic to another, so I never have a very long conversation with anyone.
「1つの話題から話を広げるのが苦手なので、誰とも長い会話を持てない」＝「会話が続かない」
