"take/get a train"で「電車に乗る」です。
他にも"catch a train"もありますが、上記の表現よりももう少し緊張感がある
「飛び乗る」というニュアンスを含みます。
未来形はwillですが、近い未来ならbe going toでも大丈夫です。
また、Which trainで「どの電車」に乗るか聞くのが一般的ですが、
your train（あなたの電車＝あなたの乗る電車）を主語にして、
What timeで聞く方法もあります。
その後で、I'll go with you.（あなたと一緒に行きます。）と言って、
一緒に行きたいということをお伝えするのがいいのかと思います。
