  • Even though it's January, it's so hot we need air conditioning.

  • It's so hot today, I can't believe we need the air conditioner on in January.

  • I know it's January but it's so hot we need the air conditioner on.

  • January has been so hot here that we even have the air conditioner running.

It's so hot today, I can't believe we need the air conditioner on in January. I know it's January but it's so hot we need the air conditioner on. January has been so hot here that we even have the air conditioner running. It's January but we had to turn on the air conditioning because it's so hot. This January has been so hot in temperatures, we need air conditioning.
It's so hot today, I can't believe we need the air conditioner on in January. (今日は本当に暑い、1月にエアコンをつけないといけないなんて信じられない) I know it's January but it's so hot we need the air conditioner on. (1月なのは分かってますけど、暑いから、エアコンをつけないと) January has been so hot here that we even have the air conditioner running. (こちらの1月はすごく暑くなっていて、エアコンをつけているほどです) It's January but we had to turn on the air conditioning because it's so hot. (1月だけどすごく暑いのでエアコンをつけないといけませんでした) This January has been so hot in temperatures, we need air conditioning.

  • Even though it's January, it's hot and we still need the AC

  • Although it's only January, it's hot enough to turn on the AC

Native speakers call the air-conditioner "AC". AC is the acronym for "air-conditioner". We use both "AC" and "Air-conditioner" but tend to use "AC" more often since it's a lot shorter and faster to say. Now let's talk about why I chose these sentences. "Even though it's January, it's hot and we still need the AC" "Although it's only January, it's hot enough to turn on the AC" "Even though" means "Although". "Although" is a conjunction and means "even with the fact of..". The fact is, it's January and should be cold(depending on where you live, but in the northern hemisphere, January is wintertime). But because it's not cold and instead it is hot, you need to have the air-conditioner on to cool down. "Even though it's January/Although it's only January" will equal "Even with the fact that it's January and it's supposed to be cold". You do not need to say this long sentence because "Even though it's January/Although it's only January", will already imply the "Even with the fact that it's January and it's supposed to be cold". One more point "It's hot enough". In this case, "enough" is used to emphasize how hot it is and how it is at the limit. "It's hot enough to turn on the AC" equals, "The temperature is at the level where I need to have ac on".
"Even though it's January, it's hot and we still need the AC"(1月なのに暑くてエアコンが必要) "Although it's only January, it's hot enough to turn on the AC"(まだ1月なのに、エアコンが必要なほど暑い) "Even though" は "Although" という意味です。 "Although" は "Even with the fact of.."(.. "Even though it's January/Although it's only January"(1月なのに)は "Even with the fact that it's January and it's supposed to be cold" と同じ意味です。 Even though it's January/Although it's only January" で "Even with the fact that it's January and it's supposed to be cold" のニュアンスになります。 もう一つ、"It's hot enough"。 "It's hot enough to turn on the AC"(エアコンが必要なほど暑い)は "The temperature is at the level where I need to have ac on" と同じ意味です。

  • Even though...Although...

  • Even though it's January, it's curently so hot ...we need aircon running!

Weather is ever-changing and some conditions are not seasonal to say the least ;-D Pouring rain in summer & mini heatwaves in January are not unheard of... In these situations we often use the phrase EVEN THOUGH ( or although...) Although it's onlyJanuary, it's curently so hot ...we need aircon running!
Although it's only January, it's curently so hot ...we need aircon running!

  • In January, it's usually so hot that we need to turn on the air conditioning

  • It's so hot that we have to turn on the air conditioning even though it's still January

When you want to explain that it's usually so hot in January that you have to turn on the air conditioning; then you may explain this in the following ways: -In January, it's usually so hot that we need to turn on the air conditioning -It's so hot that we have to turn on the air conditioning even though it's still January
-In January, it's usually so hot that we need to turn on the air conditioning (1月は普通、エアコンが必要なくらい暑いです) -It's so hot that we have to turn on the air conditioning even though it's still January (まだ1月なのにエアコンが必要なくらい暑い)

  • I can't believe that it's so hot in January that we have to use the air conditioning.

It is unusual to turn on the air conditioning in January so the phrase "I can't believe that" to describe your surprise. Air conditioning can be shortened to A/C. I hope that this helps. :)

  • It's so hot even in January that we have to turn on the AC.

  • It's still January and we still have to turn on the AC since it's so hot.

It's so hot even in January that we have to turn on the AC. - you can use "even" to emphasize that it is something surprising or extreme. So it is surprising that it's hot in January as it is usually cold. It's still January and we still have to turn on the AC since it's so hot. - you can use "since" to easily express 'for the reason, because'.
It's so hot even in January that we have to turn on the AC.(まだ1月なのにエアコンをつけないといけないほど暑い) →"even" は、驚くべきことや、異常なことを表します。 It's still January and we still have to turn on the AC since it's so hot.(まだ1月なのに暑いのでエアコンを入れないといけません) →「なぜならば」「~であるから」は "since" で表すことができます。
