This just means that you would like to be taken to the OO hotel.

This is simply asking the driver to drop you off, at the OO hotel.
"Drop off" at means take me and leave me there.
"Please take me to OO hotel"

When the driver asks you where you would like to go, you can use either of the two expressions to reply to him/her.
You can also use these two expressions as soon as you enter the taxi without being prompted by the driver,
