すべて blow away という動詞句を使っているのに、形が３種類もあるのは不思議ですよね。
実は、blow は自動詞でも他動詞でもあるので、すべて正しい言い方なのです。
① は「（ものが）吹かれる」という意味の自動詞
② は「～を吹き飛ばす」という意味の他動詞の受動態
③ は「～を吹き飛ばす」という意味の他動詞
ちなみに②の in は by と言い換えも可能です。
