When you are talking about being pregnant you often refer to your belly as your 'bump' so you could say 'my bump is getting bigger' another common term use is to 'start to show' which means your body is showing that you are pregnant by getting a bigger belly/bump
妊娠して膨らんだお腹のことをよく、'bump'と言います。
ですから、
'my bump is getting bigger'（お腹が大きくなってきた）
のように言えます。
もう一つよく使われるのが'start to show'です。これは、お腹が大きくなって妊娠していることが分かるようになることを言います。
You can tell that I'm pregnant because my belly is getting bigger.
The three sentences you see provided above are terrific ways to express to your listener that your belly is getting bigger. In the third sentence you will see the word tell. This means to notice or see something. This word is appropriate for both formal and informal settings. It would make a great addition to your vocabulary.
In order to explain to your friend that you are pregnant and now your bump is starting to get larger, you can state "People will start to notice I am pregnant" or "My bump is growing a lot". These sentences explain that you are progressing through your pregnancy very quickly.
妊娠でお腹が大きくなってきたことを友達に伝えたいなら、次のように言えます。

The above are all slang terms used in the UK and are not considered very polite. The first and second part of these sentences are interchangeable e.g. " I'm in the pudding club and it is becoming impossible to hide"

Notice' means to become aware of something. 'I noticed the baby was kicking last week.' We often use 'feel' to indicate the sensation of a growing belly rather than the sight of a growing belly (in a mirror, for instance).

"I'm starting to show" is used normally at the start of the pregnancy, as you are making a statement that you are getting bigger.
