There are a couple different ways you could ask this.
1.
"Is there enough room for all of us?
You would ask this question if you want to be sure everyone will fit in the taxi.
2.
"Can we all ride for the same fare?"
You could ask this question to find out if the price is the same for one rider or multiple riders.

When in another country and you want to ask the taxi driver if everyone in your group can ride the taxi, you can ask:
Can we all fit?
To fit means in this case, can everyone have a seat in the taxi. Depending on the country, there may be strict guidelines as to how many people can fit in the car. In the U.K, a standard car can take 4 passengers plus the driver. However, in a black cab, the taxi can fit five people, in addition to the driver. In the case where there are more than that number, they would not allow it. Unless of course it is a minibus style taxi then the number can vary.
You can also ask:
Can we all join?
This means can we all join the taxi or get into the taxi.
Can you take all of us?
This means can you accept all of these passengers into your taxi.

A car can usually take up to 4 passengers. There are exceptions. When you order a taxi for more people, some can seat 6 or 7 additional passengers to the driver. If you need a taxi for a larger number of people then you should request how many seats you are after at the time of booking.
To ask if there is room you can simply say 'is there enough room for all of us?'

which in the event of an accident can be very dangerous for all concerned!
Normally the driver will tell you ..."If he can fit you all in" but its best never to overcrowd a car with pasengers (even to save a few bucks!)
Most metered taxis in South Africa are sedans, authorized to carry less than 12 passengers, 5 at the most including the driver. It is rare to find a metered taxi that is a hatch back. However, a hatch back too would be authorized to carry less than 12 passengers, 5 at the most including the driver. So, if your group comprises 4 individuals, then, you would be within the authorized limit. However, because you are in a different country, it's imperative to ask the taxi driver as follows:
Can the taxi take all four of us?
or
Will the taxi carry all four of us in my group?
or
Will all four of us fit in this taxi?
