「in the morning」は入れませんでした。なしで伝わると思います。
［the 比較級 the 比較級］は、結構面白いですよね。
私もあまり得意でなかったのですが、この頃つかんできました。
例）
The sooner, the better.
→早ければ早いほどいい
The more specific, the better.
→具体的であればあるほどいいです
The more I think, the more confused I get
→考えれば考えるほどわからなくなる
