  • He makes more in a year....

  • He makes more in a year....than my whole family combined!

Someone is said" to make money."..so when we want to discuss a very well paid person's income or salary earnings, we might say something like this: "He makes more in a year....than my whole family combined!"
" to make money." "He makes more in a year....than my whole family combined!"

  • His earnings are more than the combined incomes of all my family members

Explanation: Another way of saying 'income' is 'earnings' so you may vary your vocabulary a little. Example sentence: "Average earnings have fallen by 0.5% in the last quarter."
【例文】 "Average earnings have fallen by 0.5% in the last quarter."

  • His annual income is very high. Higher than what my entire family makes in a year.

  • He makes a lot of money. Much more than my whole family in a year.

  • My family makes $100,000 a year. Mr. Blank makes twice as much as that.

His annual income is very high. Higher than what my entire family makes in a year. He makes a lot of money. Much more than my whole family in a year. My family makes $100,000 a year. Mr. Blank makes twice as much as that. If I added up what each person in my family makes in a year it still wouldn't come close to what he makes. He makes more money than my whole family together makes in a year. His yearly salary is higher than what my whole family makes.
His annual income is very high. Higher than what my entire family makes in a year.(彼の年収はすごく高い。私たち家族全員の合計より高い) He makes a lot of money. Much more than my whole family in a year.(彼は年収がすごく多い、私たち家族全員の合計よりもずっと) My family makes $100,000 a year. Mr. Blank makes twice as much as that.(私たち家族の年収は10万ドルですが、Blankさんはその2倍稼いでいます) If I added up what each person in my family makes in a year it still wouldn't come close to what he makes.(私たち家族全員の分を合計しても、彼の年収に遠く及ばない) He makes more money than my whole family together makes in a year.(彼の年収は私たち家族全員の合計よりも多い) His yearly salary is higher than what my whole family makes.(彼の年収は私たち家族全員の合計よりも多い)

  • His yearly income is more than my whole family combined

  • His earnings are more than all my family members put together

IF you are talking about things joined then you would say 'combined' or 'put together' when talking about all your family you could say 'all my family members' or 'my whole family' The money you get from doing your job is called your 'earnings' or 'income'
「家族全員」は 'all my family members' あるいは 'my whole family' と言えます。

  • He makes more in a year that my whole family put together!

  • He earns more than all of my family combined!

You can use make and earn interchangeably when talking about money. For example: 'Make money' and 'Earn money', both have the same meaning. "Put together" is a phrasal verb that has the same meaning as the word 'combined'. For example: "She is more intelligent than all of us put together!" "He is a better cook than all the chefs in the world put together!" "She is the cutest dog in the world, cuter than all dogs put together"
【例】 "She is more intelligent than all of us put together!" (私たちを合わせても彼女の方が賢い) "He is a better cook than all the chefs in the world put together!" (世界中のシェフを合わせても彼の方が素晴らしいシェフだ) "She is the cutest dog in the world, cuter than all dogs put together" (世界中の犬を合わせても、彼女の方が世界一可愛い犬だ)

  • His yearly salary is more than my family's combined!

  • Hey makes more in a year than my whole family does put together!

"His yearly salary is more than my family's combined!" 'Salary' is the term given to someones income, weekly, monthly or yearly salary. To 'Combine' something is to be joined or put together ex. "Pancakes are a combination of eggs, flour, Milk and butter. "Hey makes more in a year than my whole family does put together!" When using 'Put together' this can be used to describe something that has been joined or combined.
"His yearly salary is more than my family's combined!"(彼の年収は私たち家族全員の合計より高い) = 'Salary' は収入のことです。 weekly/monthly/yearly salary = 週給/月収/年俸 "He makes more in a year than my whole family does put together!"(彼の年収は私たち家族全員の合計より高い) = 'Put together' は複数のものを合わせてできたものについて言うときに使うことができます。

Yearly: pertaining to a year Income: salary, income Collectively: put together, all together Some people earn quite a big income, it all depends on the work they do and the qualifications they hold.
