I remember you told me that today is your day off, didn't you?
I am sure you told me that it's your day off today.
例えば、
来週はアメリカへ行くって言ってたよねーYou were telling me that you are going to go America next week, weren't you?
今日は部長が来ないんだよねーToday, boss will not come, will he?
友達になってくれるんだよねーYou said you will be be my friend, didn't you?
といった確認をする表現なんですが、主語に使ったのを質問の確認として、例えば、'Didn't you', 'Weren't you', 'Will he'と使えます。
個人的には上述した表現を使うのが多いかと思います。
