  • There is not much of a time difference.

  • There are only a few hours of time difference.

One of the reasons which makes this country a wonderful place to visit is.... Enjoy your trip!

  • There is only __ hours between us.

"There is only _(number)_ hours between us." This is a short and to the point way to say the exact amount of time between the two countries. You can also change the word 'us' to the name of the two countries.
"There is only _(数字)_ hours between us."

  • There's a slight time difference between the two countries

  • There's only a minimal time difference between the two countries

Slight/minimal = very little Of course, you could always mention the exact time difference if you know it as that would be more informative. What is slight or minimal to one person may seem like a drastic change to another. "The time difference is only plus 2 hours - you'll adjust very easily."
What is slight or minimal to one person may seem like a drastic change to another. "The time difference is only plus 2 hours - you'll adjust very easily."

  • The time difference isn't very much

To say that something "isn't very much" is to say that it is small or little in size. For example: "That isn't very much to eat" "We didn't have very much money"
「___ isn't very much」は「(___が) 小さい、少ない」ことを表します。 例: "That isn't very much to eat" (〈食べ物が〉それはちょっと少ないね) "We didn't have very much money" (お金があんまりなかった)

  • There is a little time difference.

  • The time difference is slight.

  • The difference in time is not much.

"There is a little time difference." can be used to state that the timezone difference is small.
There is a little time difference"(時差は殆どない)と表現できます。

  • There's not much of a time difference

  • The time difference is not alot

  • The time difference is not very big

If you are trying to say there is not a big time difference then you would say 'There not much time difference', 'the time difference is not alot' or ' the time difference is not very big' these all mean the same thing and are all good ways to express this
'There's not much time difference'(時差があまりない) 'The time difference is not a lot'(時差があまりない) 'The time difference is not very big'(時差があまりない) これらは全て同じ意味で、時差がないことをうまく言い表しています。

  • The time difference is small

Instead of saying the time difference is small, you could say the number of hours it is which would be more useful to your listener. For example, 'the time difference is one hour'. If you added 'just' or 'only' it would add emphasis to how small you thought that was. '....is only one hour' 'It's just a small time difference'
例えば: 'the time difference is one hour'. はたった1時間 'It's just a small time difference' [訳]時差は少ししかない
