There are several ways in which you can tell a customer that he/she has already paid his/her hotel bill.
Using the phrase "already paid" means that the customer does not owe the hotel any more money. Therefore he/she has nothing more to pay.
Using the verb "settle" means to "pay" when referring to a bill that has to be paid.
Thirdly, you may simply say that his/her payment has already been "received". The verb to "receive" means 'to be given', 'handed with', 'presented with' something, in this context, money.

Some people like to double check that they already settled their payment before leaving. "Your credit card has gone through," is another way of saying that it was processed. It may seem like a bit of a weird expression, but it it is just a polite way of saying that everything is okay and that nothing bounced. "We have already processed your information," reaffirms that they have already paid, and there is no need for them to pay again. It also lets them know that they are okay to leave.

The important word in all of these statements is "paid". It's in the past tense and communicates that payment has already happened. In the first sentence, you tell the patron they've "already paid". In the second we use the word "prepaid" which means payment in advance. This is a common word in English. In the last sentence, you can use the phrase "paid _____ in advance".
