Many people sometimes translate this expression as: Thank you for your coming, but this is NOT correct.
You can say: Thank you for coming. Thanks for coming. I am so happy you came. Thank you for coming by. Thank you for stopping by.

In most situations, it is OK to say "thanks" instead of "thank you".
