  • If it is even 5min. late then it is free.

1.) If it is even 5min. late then it is free. They promised that they will deliver the food within 30min. That's why, if they are even 5min. late then it is free.

  • It becomes free of charge even if it's late only 5 minutes.

"It becomes free of charge even if it's late only 5 minutes."

  • Even if my delivery is only 5 minutes late it's on the house.

  • If my delivery is just 5 minutes late it's free of charge.

The two sentences you see provided above are excellent ways to express to your listener that your delivery will be free even if it is just 5 minutes late. In the first sentence you will notice the term on the house and in the second sentence you will notice the term free of charge. These terms mean free and are appropriate for informal settings.
最初の文には on the house、2つ目の文には free of charge という表現が使われています。

  • Your order is free if it is delivered 5 minutes late.

  • If my order is late by 5 minutes or more, it is free.

"Your order is free if it is delivered 5 minutes late." If - the word "If" reminds us that there is a condition that must be met in order for the food to be free. The condition is that the delivery is 5 minutes late. Also, you can say, "If my order is late by 5 minutes or more, it is free." 5 minutes or more - Meaning a time that is longer than 5 minutes.
"Your order is free if it is delivered 5 minutes late." 以下のように言うこともできます: "If my order is late by 5 minutes or more, it is free."

  • It's they're just even 5 minutes late, it's on the house.

  • It's free even if they're only 5 minutes late.

"On the house" is a term meaning that the business owner, or the business, will cover the cost of your purchase. Usually, products are offered "on the house" to reward and encourage good customer behavior, like being a loyal customer and leaving a good review. "It's free even if they're only 5 minutes late." The words "only" and "just" are often used for emphasis. Example: "But I was only 20 minutes late..." "You're just great!"
"It's free even if they're only 5 minutes late." 例文 "But I was only 20 minutes late..." (でもたった20分遅れただけだよ) "You're just great!"

  • If its delivered after 5 minutes its free.

If it's delivered after 5 minutes it's free. This is a simple way of saying that if you have not received the item 5 minutes after ordering, then its free. If something is free it means that you don't have to pay for it.
例文 If it's delivered after 5 minutes it's free.

  • The food is free if they are late by five or more minutes.

This sentence is a good example of using the subjunctive (or hypothetical) form of 'if', which usually takes the form 'If X is the case, then Y results.' but can also be reversed as in this case -- i.e.: 'Y is the result, if X is the case.'
If X is the case, then Y results'(もしXということなら、Yという結果になる)の形を取りますが、この場合のように、'Y is the result, if X is the case'と順番を逆にすることも可能です。

  • If it's not delivered in time, then it's free.

  • It's on the house!

  • If it's 5 minutes late, it's free.

"If" is the main part of this statement. "If"allows possibility. If it's not delivered in time, then it's free. - "In time being the scheduled time for delivery." It's on the house! - This is quite a nice expression. When something is on the house then the customer is not charged. As in "If your order is not delivered within an hour, it's on the house!". If it's 5 minutes late, it's free. - It's a basic sentence, obviously if it is a customer you want to build a rapport with them & others. There is a certain manner of speaking to develop continual custom.
"If it's not delivered in time, then it's free" (時間通りに配達されなければ、無料になります) - "In time"とは配達される予定の時間です。 "It's on the house!" 例えば: "If your order is not delivered within an hour, it's on the house!" (一時間以内に注文の品が届かない場合は、無料になります) "If it's 5 minutes late, it's free."
