少し複雑ですので説明します。
食材と原材料は別です。
原材料はデキシトリンとかアミノ酸だと思います。これは「Composition」と言います。
食材は「Ingredients」と言います。例えば、パスタソースならトマト、にんにくなどが「Ingredients」となります。

＝原材料
「原材料」は英語でingredientsとraw materialsと言えます。ingredientsは「材料」か「食材」という意味があります。これは食品で使う言葉です。
例：
I try to check the ingredients in food before buying it.
買う前に食べ物に入っている原材料を確認するようにしています。
He looks at the nutrition information to check what ingredients are in the food.
彼は食べ物に入っている原材料を確認するために栄養の情報を見ています。
She bought the ingredients needed to make the recipe.
彼女はレシピを作るのに必要な原材料を買いました。
Many raw materials are exported in order to be made into products.
多くの原材料は、製品化するために輸出されます。
「原材料」という言葉を英語で伝えると、「ingredient」という言葉になります。複数形は「ingredients」です。例えば、「Do you know the main ingredient in this soup?」と「What is the primary ingredient in this soup?」と言っても良いです。「Do you know ~?」は「あなたは〜を知っていますか」という意味があります。「Soup」は「スープ」です。
