出社率って英語でなんて言うの？

1月7日に緊急事態宣言がだされた。政府は30%以下の出社率を企業に求めており、我々の会社も30%の出社率とする方針。つまり出社は週に1日か2日。
こういうことを言いたいです。

緊急事態宣言に伴って政府は企業に主にテレワーク許容を求めております
と説明すれば分かりやすくなります。英語で「出社」はcome into workやgo to an officeに訳せますが、「テレワークの代わりに」と言うニュアンスが含まれていないのです。

政府は30%以下の出社率を企業に求めております。
The government is requesting for companies to have employees to come into work less than 30% of the time.
