「このボトルの残りを持って帰っても良いですか？」
to take the rest of this bottle home で「ボトルの残りを家に持って帰る」

ーDo you let customers take home the wine they can't finish?
「お客さんは飲み終えれなかったワインを持ち帰れますか？」
to take home the wine they can't finish で「飲みきれなかったワインを家に持ち帰る」
