汚い話で申し訳ないですが、意外とネットで調べても出てこなかったので質問させてください。
stand peeing であっていますでしょうか？

あわせて小便器と大便器はそれぞれなんというのでしょうか？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーI'm envious of men because they can stand when they go to the bathroom.
「男性は立ってトイレができるから羨ましい」
they can stand when they go to the bathroom で「立ってトイレができる」ことが言えます。

ーGuys are lucky because they can stand when they go pee.
「男性は立ってトイレができるからラッキーだよね」
they can stand when they go pee でも「立ってトイレができる」ことを言えます。

「小便器」は urinal
「大便器」は toilet
と言います。
