バイキングは「All you can eat buffet」（蜂音：バッフェ）です。
バッフェのイメージは席を外して、別のテーブルから自分の食べたい物を取って席に戻るということです。
でもバッフェを言う必要がありません。メインは食べ放題（All you can eat）のことです。
〜放題は飲食の場合、「all you can ~~」です。そうでない場合、「unlimited ~ ing」と言います。
