There are a number of ways to express that you had a great time. The above might be some of the ways you can express having had a great time the previous night. You can choose an adjective that best suits the situation you are talking about.
"had a great time"（楽しかった）を言い表す表現は数多くあります。
上記の表現は『昨夜は楽しかった』と言う事を言い表すいくつかの表現になります。
あなたの気持ちに一番合う"adjective" 形容詞を選んで話すことが出来ます。
「楽しかった」を表す表現は、スラングも含めて
たくさんありますが、。3つ紹介します。
have a good timeは、学校でも習ったと
思いますが、
「良い時間を持つ」⇒「楽しい時間を過ごす」
という意味です。
今回は強調するためにreallyを入れました。
enjoyは「楽しむ」という意味は知られていますが、
I really enjoyed.になりがちです。
enjoyは後ろに目的語が必要ですので、
I really enjoyed it.と表現します。
（itは漠然とした物を指しています。）
have a ballは口語表現で、「楽しむ」と
いう意味です。
Have a ball.と言うと、
「楽しんできてね」という意味になります。

*Last night i had so much fun. -Instead of saying last night you can say previous night. You can use "so much" to show the amount of fun you had.
A:You look so happy.
B:Last night i had so much fun with my family.
*I had the best moment of my life last night. - This phrase shows that you had so much fun and if possible can go back into time and re-live previous night's experience.
A: I haven't seen you laugh like this in a long time
B: I had the best time of my life last night at Joe's pub.
"Last night I had so much fun."
(昨夜はとても楽しかった。)
"last night"の代わりに"previous night"も使えます。
"so much"(たくさん)は楽しさの度合いを表します。
会話例;
A: "You look so happy."
(君はとても幸せそうに見える。)
B: "Last night I had so much fun with my family."
(昨夜は家族ととても楽しい時間を過ごしたよ。)
"I had the best moment of my life last night."
(昨晩は人生で一番良い時間だった。)
この文章は昨晩がとても楽しく、可能であれば戻りたいという意味です。
会話例;
A: I haven't seen you laugh like this in a long time.
(君がこんな風に笑うのを長いこと見てなかったよ。)
B: I had the best time of my life last night at Joe's pub.
(昨夜はジョーのパブで人生最高の時間を過ごしたよ。)
Well, you may just describe your night out as 'great.' Or if you all went a little crazy and went to different venues,maybe got drunk or did some unusual things, you could say that: "We painted the town red!" This would have been a really wild night, not the average night out!
楽しかった夜のことは'great'と表現することができます。
または、みんなで盛り上がってどこか違う場所に行って、
お酒を飲んだり普段とは違うことをしたときには、このようにも言うことができます。
"We painted the town red!"
この文は、普通の夜遊びではなく、本当に羽目をはずしたときに使えます。
"I had fun last night." This explains that you had fun last night.
"Last night was good fun." This is another way of explaining that you enjoyed last night and that you had fun.
