難易度は英語で difficulty level または degree of difficulty と言います。直訳すると「[難しさ](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36244/)の[レベル](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/61084/)」と「難しさの度」です。ゲームの難易度を決める時など、choose your difficulty level または please choose your level/degree of difficulty などと言います。
