最初の言い方では、「互いにれ違ってたかもね。」という意味です。
二つ目の言い方では、「知らないうちにすれ違うかもしれません。」という意味です。
ボキャブラリー：
互い = each other
passed by = すれ違ってた
might have = かも
~huh? = ～ね?
without knowing = 知らないうちに
We could have passed by one another without knowing it.
We could have crossed paths without realizing it.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーWe could have passed by one another without knowing it.
「知らないですれ違っていたかもね」
to pass by one another で「すれ違う」
ーWe could have crossed paths without realizing it.
「気づかないうちにすれ違ってたかもね」
to cross paths で「すれ違う」とも言えます。
