「だいたいの数字でいいよ」は英語で A rough number is ok もしくは A rough number is fineと言えます。
「だいたい」は about とか almost とよく訳されますが、rough/roughly の訳もあります。例えば、
Roughly what time do you normally get up? 普段、だいたい何時に起きますか？
A rough estimate - 大体の見積もり
「1日にどれくらいレッスンするんですか？だいたいでいいよ。」これを一つの文だとこうなります。Roughly how many lessons do you have in one day？分けたいなら How many lessons do you have in one day? Roughly. でもいいと思います。
この言い方もあります→ How many lessons do you have in one day? You don’t have to be too specific; a rough number is fine.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーJust a rough guess is fine.
「大雑把な推測で大丈夫です」＝「大体でいいよ」
ーAn approximate answer is fine.
「おおよその答えで大丈夫です」＝「大体でいいよ」
例：
How many lessons do you teach each day? Just a rough guess is fine.
「一日何レッスンくらい教えていますか？大体でいいですよ」
