アイデアを「没にする」は英語で主にrejectあるいはtrashと言います。
rejectは「否定する」「却下する」と意味します。
trashは普段「ゴミ」と意味する名詞ですが、動詞として使うと「（ゴミみたいに）捨てる」という意味になります。
なお、rejectはどちらかというと、自分のアイデアが他人（上司やチームメイトなど）に没された時にふさわしいです。trashは割と強い言い方ですが、他人が没しても自分が没しても使えます。
例文
I proposed a lot of ideas to the team, but they were all rejected.
いっぱいアイデアをチームに提案したけど、全部没にされた。
複数のアイデアを一つに絞って、残りを没にした。
I narrowed several ideas down to one and trashed the rest.
・We scrapped the other ideas.
